Frequently Asked Questions

General questions

What is Bayan Health?

Bayan Health is a comprehensive healthcare service that connects patients with high-quality clinicians through our nationwide clinical network at MDIntegrations, providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to your unique health needs.

Who can use Bayan Health?

Bayan Health is available to individuals who are physically located in a state where our licensed providers practice. Most of our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. For pediatric services, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, complete the intake information, and participate in the consultation with the provider.

How does it work?
  1. Complete your medical intake and, if needed, labs to verify your health needs.
  2. Meet with a clinician via telehealth (video/audio) or secure messaging.
  3. If medically appropriate, receive your individualized treatment plan — which may include prescriptions sent to you — backed by ongoing support.
What states is Bayan Health available in?

We are available nationwide.

What if I’m having a medical emergency?

In any emergency, call 9-1-1 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

Medication & services questions

How do I get my medication?
If a clinician prescribes medications, they’ll be fulfilled through licensed third-party pharmacies and shipped directly to your shipping address. In some cases and where appropriate, commercially available prescriptions may be sent to a local pharmacy of your choice subject to pharmacy policies.
Do I have to pay for medication separately?
Program costs generally include medication, necessary medical supplies, clinician time, and shipping — but certain pharmacy or local charges may fall outside of those included services.
What if I’m not approved for a medication?
If a prescribed treatment isn’t appropriate for your condition, your clinician will help you explore alternative options available through Bayan Health.

Pharmacy questions

Where will my prescriptions be filled?
Prescriptions are filled by our partnered pharmacies and mailed to your address on file. For commercially available prescriptions, you may have the option to request fulfillment at a local pharmacy.
What pharmacies does Bayan Health work with?
We work with a network of vetted pharmacy partners licensed to dispense medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
