90 Day Protocol
Protocol Commitment - This protocol requires a 90-day (3-month) commitment to allow adequate time for treatment evaluation and dose adjustments. Protocols are billed monthly during the initial 90-day commitment and cannot be cancelled during this period. After the initial 90 days, the protocol will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
